This free, secure app allows you to manage your accounts anytime, anywhere. With FBFCU Live, you can check account balances, view transaction history, pay bills, deposit checks, transfer funds between accounts, and locate nearby branches and ATMs.
Yes, Fort Bragg Federal Credit Union (FBFCU) offers free Bill Pay in Online Banking to its members. This service allows you to send electronic payments directly from your account, set up one-time or recurring payments to companies, utilities, and even individuals, and manage your bill payments securely through online banking. You can access Online Bill Pay by logging into your FBFCU online banking account.

Fort Bragg Federal Credit Union members can set up mobile wallet services, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Wallet, to make secure, contactless payments with their smartphones. To get started, download the appropriate wallet app for your device, add your FBFCU debit or credit card, and complete any required identity verification. Set up authentication on your device, such as Face ID, Touch ID, or a PIN, to authorize transactions. Once your card is added, you can make payments at participating merchants by holding your smartphone near the contactless terminal. Mobile wallet services are secure, using tokenization to protect your card information, and there are no fees from FBFCU for using these services, though standard data rates may apply.

CO-OP networks and shared branching allow members to access their accounts and services beyond their home credit union. The CO-OP network provides access to thousands of ATMs nationwide, often surcharge-free, for withdrawals, balance checks, and sometimes deposits. Shared branching enables members to perform many in-branch transactions—such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers—at other participating credit unions, with real-time access to their accounts. These cooperative systems give members expanded access, convenience, and cost savings, making it easier to bank while traveling or living in areas without a nearby branch of their credit union.
