The terms “debit card” and “check card” mean the same thing. A debit card works much like a check because it withdraws money directly from your checking account—therefore debiting your account. If you choose, it can also be set up to withdraw money from your savings account. You can use it anywhere the Visa® logo is displayed, making it a convenient way to pay for everyday purchases like groceries, gas, and more.
During our business hours, call us at (910) 864-2232 or (800) 793-2328 to report a lost VISA® debit or Visa® credit card. After business hours, call (888) 373-5714.
