my$pend Rewards

my$pend is a program where you earn reward points for using your Fort Liberty Federal Credit Union Visa® Credit Card.

It's very simple. Every time you use your FLFCU Visa credit card while shopping in your community or online, you can earn points. Accumulated points are automatically tracked by the program and can be cashed in for millions of products, tickets, downloads and other merchandise found on the my$psend website.

That's it! All you have to do is keep using your Visa credit card regularly and watch the points rack up.

Be sure you’re registered with the rewards program. Log into online banking, click on the my$pend link and follow the prompts to register your card.

Yes, you can check your my$pend point total or redeem points for a reward by calling 1-866-265-8731. But you are missing out on the extensive reward catalog found through online banking. To sign up for online banking you can register online or for more information about online and mobile banking, please visit our Online Services page.

Use your FLFCU credit card when making in-store purchases or online and earn 1 point for every $1 spent.

Our my$pend program keeps track of points for you. You can always check your points balance by visiting your my$psend account online. Your current available points balance is listed in the top right corner of every page.

You can choose from millions of options, including tickets, experiences, events, electronics, travel options, consumer goods, games, merchandise, MP3s, e-certificates, gift cards and more.  Just log into online banking and click the "my$pend" button to choose the item you would like from the redemption catalog.

You earn points every time you use your FLFCU Visa credit card; including, shopping in your community, buying gas, eating out or making purchases online.

You can redeem your point by phone or via the my$pend website.

• To place your order over the phone, please call us at 866-265-8731. When speaking to a representative, please be as specific as possible regarding the brand and name of the reward you want, the color and size (if this applies) and the item number (if you know it) to ensure the desired reward is ordered correctly.
• The most popular way to order your reward is directly through the my$pend website! Add selected items to your cart and proceed to check out or select the “Online reservations” link under the Travel category to purchase an airline ticket or book a hotel reservation.

Yes! All Visa credit cards under the same membership account automatically earn points together.

Points will expire on the last day of the month, three (3) years after the date of accrual. Points are tracked and redeemable on a first-in, first-out basis. Additional details can be found within the "My Account Statement" page on the my$pend website.
