  • Log in to the MyFLFCU mobile app on your smartphone (iPhone or Android)

  • Click on the 'Deposits' tab

  • Follow the instructions

  • You will receive an email within one (1) business day with instructions to proceed

*Qualifications: Must be a Fort Liberty Federal Credit Union member at least 18 years old; have a valid phone number, email address, and home address; be enrolled in Online Banking with the ability to use the Credit Union mobile applications; and not have any charged-off loans.  Qualifications are evaluated daily using additional account criteria such as credit score, NSF activity/returned checks, age of accounts, and other account activity.  Limits may be raised, lowered, or removed at any time.

Online Bill Pay helps you manage your bills and pay them on time. You can pay companies, utilities and even friends or family members once or even monthly. You can set up recurring payments so you don’t have to worry about paying bills each month, and you can control what you pay and how much you pay each month. You can even review your payment history so you can budget better. Best of all, this amazing resource is free for Fort Liberty Federal Credit Union members.

e-Statements

Our e-Statements let you access your account statements at any time online. You don’t have to worry about them getting lost in the mail and you can print with just the click of a button.

e-Statements are available by logging in to Online Banking from the top of any web page. 

e-Statements enable you to securely access all of your statements 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from our Online Banking site. e-Statements are a safe, convenient and FREE way to view, save and print your account statements all with the click of a mouse.
Your statement is ready to view online within a few days after the first of the month.

Text Banking

What is Text Banking?

Text Banking is a FREE* service which allows you to check your balances, see recent transactions, and transfer funds between your Fort Liberty Federal Credit Union accounts by texting commands to 454545.

  • Setting Up Text Banking

    Follow the steps below to set up Text Banking.
    1. Log into Online Banking and click on 'My Settings.'
    2. Click on 'Alerts & Notifications.'
    3. Click on 'Start text banking now' in the right column.
    4. Enter your cell phone number where indicated and click the 'Activate' button.
    5. You will receive a text message that contains a code needed to verify your phone number.
    6. Enter that code in the box and click 'Verify.'
    7. Your cell phone is now set up for Text Banking.
    Important Note: You will need to change the 'Alerts & Notifications' settings in Online Banking to transfer funds via Text Banking.
  • Check Your Balance

    There are multiple ways to check your balances via Text Banking.
    • If you want to know the balance of your primary account, or only have one account, text "BAL" to 454545.
    • To check your Checking Account balance, text "BAL CHK" to 454545.
    • To check your Savings Account balance, text "BAL SAV" to 454545.
    • To check all of your account balances, text "BAL ALL" to 454545.
  • Transfer Funds

    To transfer funds, text "TRANS #" to 454545 where # is the amount you wish to transfer. For example, you would text "TRANS 200" to transfer $200.

    Please note: You must have balance transfers allowed in your settings in Online Banking in order to use the transfer option in Text Banking. In your settings, you can select which account you wish funds to be transferred to and from which account the funds will come from. Only one account can be designated for this option at a time.
  • Recent Transactions

    If you would like to see your last five(5) transactions, text "LAST" to 454545.
  • Turn Off Text Banking

    If at any time, you decide that you no longer wish to use Text Banking, you can turn off this service by texting "STOP" to 454545 or by changing your settings in Online Banking.
  • Need Help?

    For a list of commands, text "HELP" to 454545. If you need assistance in setting up Text Banking, call us at

    If you have Text Banking already activated at another financial institution, you may not be able to activate it with Fort Liberty Federal Credit Union.

    What is Apple Pay?
    Apple Pay is a payments feature integrated into the Wallet® app on your iOS device that lets you add your credit and/or debit cards to Apple Pay to make purchases at participating retailers in stores, using Near Field Communication (NFC) technology, or in app.

    How does Apple Pay work?
    To add your eligible Fort Liberty Federal Credit Union credit and/or debit cards to Apple Pay, follow the Apple Pay instructions. Apple Pay provides the same benefits and protection as your physical card, with the convenience of making secure transactions on your iOS device. Use Apple Pay anywhere contactless payments are accepted and to make purchases in app with participating apps.

    Which of my devices are compatible with Apple Pay?
    You can use Apple Pay in stores on your iPhone® 5 or later & Apple Watch™. Apple Pay can also be used in-app with your iPhone 5 or later, Apple Watch, iPad Air® 2, iPad Pro®, and iPad mini®3 or 4. You can use also use Apple Pay on the web in Safari with MacBook Pro with Touch ID and Mac Model introduced in 2012 or later with Apple Pay-enabled iPhone or Apple Watch.

    How do I get Apple Pay on my device?
    Apple Pay is integrated into the Wallet app, which comes pre-installed on your eligible Apple device. You will be given an opportunity to configure Apple Pay upon setup of your new device. If you already have established an iTunes® account, the credit card that is on file will be made available to you to immediately upon Apple Pay setup. You have the ability to add additional eligible Fort Liberty Federal Credit Union credit and/or debit cards to your account.

    How do I pay using Apple Pay?

    In-Store Purchase
    To make an in-store purchase with your iPhone, excluding the iPhone X, just hold your device near the contactless reader with your finger while holding down Touch ID™. A subtle vibration and beep will confirm the transaction is complete. To make an in-store purchases with your iPhone X, double –click the side button, then glance at iPhone X to authenticate with Face ID or enter your passcode. Hold the top of iPhone X close to the contactless reader until you see done and a check-mark on the display. To make an in-store purchase with your Apple Watch, double-click the side button and hold the face of your device near the contactless reader. A gentle pulse and tone confirm that the transaction is complete.

    In-App Purchase
    To make a purchase in-app with your Apple device, tap the buy with Apple, Apple Pay Button, or Choose Apple Pay as your payment method. To authenticate the Apple Payment, you will do the following below: iPhone X: Double click the side button then use face id or your passcode. All other eligible iPhone's or iPads: Use touch id or your passcode. Apple Watch: Double click side button. MacBook Pro with touch ID: Use touch id. If touch ID is off, tap the Apple Pay icon on the touch bar and follow the prompts on the screen.

    Is there a fee associated with using a Fort Liberty Federal Credit or Debit Card with Apple Pay? There is no cost for Apple Pay from Fort Liberty Federal Credit Union; however, an active data plan is required. Based on your wireless plan and mobile carrier's offering, additional message and data charges may apply. Your credit card terms and conditions will apply for purchases. We do not charge any fees to add your credit and/or debit cards to Apple Pay.

    Can an Apple Pay token be used for recurring charges, subscriptions or bills? This service is not currently available.

    What is Near Field Communication (NFC) technology?
    Near Field Communication (NFC) is a short-range wireless technology that allows two devices to exchange payment information quickly and conveniently at close proximity. Apple Pay uses NFC technology to transmit payment information from your phone to the contactless payment terminal.

  • Google

    Set up:
    Google Pay may be preloaded on select devices. If your device does not have the app, simply download it from Google Play.

    Google Pay requires that you sign-into your Google account before you register your Fort Liberty Federal Credit Union credit and debit cards. During setup of Google Pay, you will be prompted to create an Google Pay PIN, pattern, or password.     What is Google Pay?
    Google Pay provides owners of Android® devices the ability to use their Android phone to make in store, in-app and online payments using an eligible Fort Liberty Federal Credit Union credit and/or debit cards.

    How does Google Pay work?
    When you add your eligible Fort Liberty Federal Credit Union credit and/or debit cards to Google Pay, the number on your card is replaced with a secure device account number (also called a token). This token is passed onto the merchant for payment instead of your actual card number.

    How do I pay using Google Pay?
    Once your eligible Fort Liberty Federal Credit Union card is registered to Google Pay, you may select Google Pay as your default wallet. Settings vary by device manufacturer and model, so if you need help setting Android Pay as the default option for making mobile payments, please contact your mobile service provider. Once Android Pay is the default wallet, paying is as simple as unlocking your device and holding the device up to the NFC contactless reader at the POS. Ensure that your Fort Liberty Federal Credit Union card is set to the default card.

    Google Pay will indicate that you are ready to make a payment.

    For NFC Contactless Payments
    Hold the phone above the NFC contactless reader on the payment terminal so that the two devices are almost touching.

There is no cost for Google Pay from Fort Liberty Federal Credit Union; however, an active data plan is required.   • Samsung

    Set up:
    Samsung Pay may be preloaded on select devices. If your device does not have the app, simply download it from Google Play.

    Samsung Pay is available with the Galaxy Note8, S8, S7, S7 edge, S6, S6 active, S6 edge+, S6 edge, Note5, Gear S2 (with NFC only) and Gear S3 through an app update. The availability will vary by mobile network operator. The app will appear when the customers install the operating system update. Samsung Pay will be a preloaded app on upcoming Samsung Iconic devices. The app is not available for download on unsupported devices.

    Samsung Pay requires that you sign-into your Samsung account before you register your Fort Liberty Federal Credit Union credit and debit cards. During setup of Samsung Pay, you will be prompted to create an Samsung Pay PIN, pattern, or password.     What is Samsung Pay?
    Samsung Pay provides owners of select Samsung Galaxy devices the ability to use their device to make payments almost anywhere you can swipe or tap your Fort Liberty Federal Credit Union credit and/or debit cards.

    How does Samsung Pay work?
    Select Samsung Galaxy devices are equipped with Near Field communication technology (NFC) that transmits the tokenized version of the credit card / debit card payment credentials securely to a merchant terminal. In addition to NFC, Samsung Pay supports a new proprietary technology, Magnetic Secured Transmission (MST) which transmits the same secure tokenized credit card / debit card payment credentials. See below for more information about NFC and MST.

    How do I pay using Samsung Pay?
    Once your eligible Fort Liberty Federal Credit Union card is registered to Samsung Pay, you may access Favorite Cards by swiping up from the bottom of your screen.

    The most recently added or used card is displayed. Swipe left or right to scroll through your registered payment cards.
    When you have the desired card selected, place your finger on the Home button. To use your Samsung Pay PIN, touch PIN. Then, enter your four-digit PIN.
    Samsung Pay will indicate that you are ready to make a payment.

    For NFC and MST Payments

    Hold the phone above the reader on the payment terminal, align the camera with the logo, and devices should be almost touching.

    Simply press and hold the back key to launch Samsung Pay on your Gear S3, rotate the bezel to select a card, and tap to pay at any NFC or MST terminal..

    What is Near Field Communication (NFC) technology?

    What is Magnetic Secured Transmission (MST) Technology?
    Magnetic Secure Transmission (MST) replicates swiping a physical card at the payment terminal by securely sending payment information directly to the magnetic strip card reader without touching it. Samsung Pay uses NFC technology or MST to transmit payment information from your phone to the contactless payment terminal.

    Make at least five payments on your Gear S3 without a Galaxy smartphone nearby after initial setup. Reload payment capability by connecting to a Galaxy smartphone via Bluetooth or thru LTE or WiFi. Samsung Pay on the Gear S3 is only compatible with select cards, carriers and Samsung devices and non-Samsung Android phones; see the Samsung Pay Support page at samsung pay compatibility at for compatibility information.

Tel-Info

If you don’t have a computer, or if you don’t have access to a secure internet connection, you can use Tel-Info with any phone. Check your balances, pay loans, transfer funds between accounts, and complete other transactions with the touch of a few buttons.

Easy to use Tel-Info guide:

  1. Dial 910-864-2232 or toll-free 1-866-793-5328.

  2. Listen for greeting and press “1” to access Tel-Info.

  3. If you don’t have a 4 digit pass code press “1”. If you do, press “2”.

  4. At the prompt, press “1” to sign on to your membership.

  5. Enter your member number followed by “#”. This is your account number. (Example: 123456789#)

  6. Enter your access code (PIN) followed by “#”. (Initially the last 4 digits of your SS#)
    –For Home Banking users, your Tel-Info pass code is the same 4-digit PIN you use for Home Banking (the PINs work the same way they did before the update).

  7. Listen to the menu prompts to perform your transactions. You do not need to wait for the system to finish speaking before entering your selection. Please refer to the codes below to speed up the process.

  8. You may follow up with additional transactions without having to re-enter your account number or access code.

  9. To end call, simply hang up.

Dollars and cents entries must be followed by # button entry. Example: 80000# equals a transaction amount of $800.00. For transactions that request an account number, enter “1” for Shares (savings) and “2” for Share Draft (checking).
