Shantrice Watkins,
Promoted from Branch Manager I to Branch Manager II

For almost 16 years, Shantrice has exemplified dedication, loyalty, and leadership at Fort Bragg Federal Credit Union. Serving as the Branch Manager of our flagship Skibo Branch, she has consistently delivered exceptional service to our members while cultivating a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence among her staff.

Throughout her career, she has embraced every opportunity to learn, grow, and expand her impact. Today, she not only leads her own team but also plays an important role in training and development of Member Services employees, generously sharing her knowledge, experience, and passion for exceptional service.

Promoted from Member Service Specialist I to Member Service Specialist II

Over the past three years, Tracy has become a trusted resource for both our members and her teammates through her dedication, professionalism, and commitment to excellence. She consistently provides exceptional service over the phone, assisting with account openings, addressing complex questions, and ensuring each interaction reflects the high level of care our members expect from Fort Bragg Federal Credit Union.

Tracy has also played an important role in strengthening our phone operations by training and supporting team members. Her willingness to share her knowledge, mentor others, and contribute to their development demonstrates the collaborative spirit that makes our organization stronger.

In just two years with Fort Bragg Federal Credit Union, Kacey has quickly established herself as a true universal team member at our Southern Pines Branch. Whether serving members on the teller line, opening new accounts, originating loans, or stepping in wherever help is needed, she consistently delivers exceptional service with confidence, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to member success.
