Website Loan Payment
We offer two loan payment options, ACH (bank draft) and debit card, when you want to make a loan payment from an account at another financial institution. ACH Payments made through our website are subject to a $2 convenience fee and apply to all loans except credit cards, lines of credit, and mortgage loans serviced by CUMA. Debit card payments made through our website are subject to a $10 fee and apply to all loans except mortgage loans serviced by CUMA. Both options are convenient for one-time use, but we encourage you to establish payments using a recurring Automatic Payment or another payment option with no fee.
Debit Card Payment by Phone
Debit card payments can be made by phone during regular business hours when you pay from an account at another financial institution. Debit Card Payment by Phone is subject to a $10 convenience fee. This option is convenient for one-time use, but we encourage you to establish payments using a recurring Automatic Payment or another payment option with no fee.
