Easy To Use Tel-Info Guide:

1. Dial 910-864-2232 or Toll-Free 1-800-793-2328.
2. Listen for greeting and press "1" to access Tel-Info.
3. Enter your member number followed by "#".  This is your account number.  (Example: 123456789#)
4. Enter your access code (PIN) followed by "#". (Example: 1234#)
5. To transact business, enter appropriate code followed by "#".  (See list of codes.)
6. You may follow up with additional transaction codes followed by "#" without having to re-enter account number or access code.
7. To end call, simply hang up.

Remember, all entries must be followed by # button entry.  Dollars and cents entries must be followed by # button entry.  Example: 80000# equals a transaction amount of $800.00.  Also, should you enter a service code that requests your account number, please enter "1" for Shares (savings) and "2" for Share Draft (checking).
