Having the ability to reach you immediately is critical in the fight against fraud.  Unfortunately, because many of our cardholders have 24/7 access to their accounts, they often forget to update their credit union records when their phone number and address changes.  This can leave us at a disadvantage when direct or timely communication with you is necessary, such as following the discovery of suspicious account activity.  Please click here to access our Change of Address Form.  Print the form, fill it out, and fax the form back to us at 910-487-8204
